Once I see a payment made and sent I will begin to make the item. Please allow 5-10 days for me to make and ship the item out to you. Keep in mind that I hand make all my items and put a lot of attention and effort into each one I make and sometimes that requires a little extra time.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Returns are generally not accepted unless there is an issue with an item such as it's the wrong one, it doesn't look anything like the picture, or there is a defect. If one of these things is true then you may return the item for the correct item or another undamaged one. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping and handling to get the item back to me and the item needs to be unworn and in its original condition. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail. Each item will receive a tracking number so you can track your item, if you would like insurance on your item let me know and I can add that to the shipment and you will be charged whatever it costs.
